HEART

To upskill out-of-school Filipinos and mold them into a higher level of livelihood.

Drop Up is about a passion-driven company led by eager senior high school students who aim to train the less fortunate out-of-school Filipinos to engage them in essential skills such as communication skills, computer literacy, financial literacy, and soft skills. With out-of-school Filipinos equipped with these skills, they will be set for corporate work. This is the purpose of the company: to raise the skills set of the out-of-school Filipinos. The founders do not seek to profit, but to merely help the needs of the people.

To train out-of-school Filipinos for better opportunities and employability for advancement.

The company wants bigger opportunities for the out-of-school Filipinos whereas their jobs will not be on labor work, but on corporate work as well. Bigger opportunities come through enough salary for themselves and their families. But the skills of out-of-school Filipinos are not fit for them to enter in the corporate sector as they were unable to acquire a degree that most companies look for. And so, the company's aim is to further develop their skills that may expand the opportunities for them.

MEET THE TEAM.
