HOW TO DROP UP
MOVE TO THE INTERVIEW PHASE
This is where the team observes if the applicant will be committed to the training of Drop Up.
TAKING THE INITIAL SKILLS TEST
This test is for further understanding of the applicant's current skills set. This will serve as a reference for the post-test after the training.
WAIT FOR ADMISSION
The applicant will wait for further notice that he or she is accepted.
TRAINING UNDER BUSINESS STUDENTS
The Drop Up scholars will be trained in communication skills, computer literacy, financial literacy, and soft skills. There are the basic job skills needed for one to attain the corporate job. The training will last for two months as there will be a 3-hour meeting, 4 times a week.
WRITING THEIR OWN NEW AND IMPROVED RESUMÉ
As for the resume, scholars may include their OJT and the company as their training center.
APPLYING FOR THE UP JOB
Once the Drop Up scholar has graduated the training, it's time for him or her to apply for the job in the corporate world, taking a step closer to the goals set in the beginning.
